Candidate- Glen Hodgson

Glen Hodgson has been quite familiar with this area of the province for a long time. His family has owned a cottage in the Burk's Falls area and both sets of his grandparents have lived or are living in the town.  After graduating from Trent University with a joint degree in Environmental Science and English he went to Teacher's College.  From there, he was hired onto the staff of Parry Sound High School and currently teaches leadership courses and English.

In his spare time you can catch him paddling down a remote Northern Ontario river (example: Misanabi or the Steeles), teaching paddling at Provincial Parks or kayaking around Franklin Island in Snug Habour.

Glen has been on the Parry Sound Museum Board since fall 2004 and is also a member of the Georgian Bay UNESCO.

Reach Glen by e-mail anytime at glen.hodgson@greenparty.ca and ask him why he is the best candidate for the job.
