Hi, I'm from the Buffalo, NY area and have been visiting the Parry Sound area for years on camping outings. But now that I have a family of my own, I'd rather rent a cottage for a week on a lake or right on Georgian Bay. Does anyone have any suggestions on any rentals??? As long as the cottage is right on the water and it has a shower, ect...that will be OK! Any help would be appreciated because I love Parry Sound!

Well, we live in Barrie now but you never really leave the place do you? Hope everyone is well and happy and no-one has any surplus lawn ornaments which cannot be accounted for (you kinda had to be there). This is a great site, glad I found it but would be nice to connect to a chat line. I live in Toronto but my family is from Parry Sound and it would be great to keep some connections... Parry Sound is a great place to vacation. The SportBike Rally introduced us to it, and now we tell all our friends, and spend our vacations in Parry Sound. There are lots of cute shops in the area, and the eating is good too!
